- Sweetened condensed milk - 1 cup
- Melted butter - 1/2 cup
- Milk - 1/4 to 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence - 1 1/2 Tsp
- All purpose flour/ Maida - 1 3/4 cup
- Baking powder - 1 Tsp
- Baking soda - 1/2 Tsp
- Powdered sugar to sprinkle on top ( optional )
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F ( 180 C ). Grease the cake tin and line it with parchment paper.
- Sift all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl and set aside.
- Take condensed milk, melted butter,half of the milk and vanilla essence in a separate bowl and whisk mixture until well combined.
- Add in flour mixture and rest of the milk in batches and fold gently to form a smooth and lump free batter (as shown in the Video).
- Spoon this batter into a prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Cool completely. Finish it off with some powdered sugar on top. Slice and serve.
