This refreshing drink is the best way to beat the heat after a long day. Very easy and quick to make. Serve this to a guest, and you will enter their most-favored-people immediately!

Ingredients
- Cucumber - 3, large (peeled, De-seeded & chopped)
- Lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- Chia seeds - 1 Tbsp
- Powdered Sugar - 2 Tbsp
Instructions
- Soak Chia seeds in water for few hours. It will bloom.
- Take cucumber in a blender and blend till smooth.
- Strain the cucumber juice. Add lemon juice, chia seeds and sugar. Mix it well.
- Chill for few hours in a refrigerator before serving.
