It is so visually appealing and scrumptious to bite into that this item will be wiped off in no time. This is one such dish that can be served anytime of the day and it makes a great party starter.

Ingredients
- Corn – Boiled and coarsely crushed in a food processor
- Mozzarella cheese – ½ cup, grated
- Potatoes – 1, large, boiled & mashed
- Corn starch – 1 Tbsp
- All purpose flour – 2 Tbsp + water
- Bread crumbs – 1 cup
- Red chili flakes – ¼ tsp
- A pinch of freshly crushed pepper
- Oregano – 1 Tsp
- Garlic – ¼ Tsp, freshly crushed
- Coriander leaves - 2 Tbsp, chopped
Method to make corn & cheese mixture
- In a bowl, add the grated cheese, mashed potato, crushed corn, coriander leaves, red chili flakes, crushed oregano (with the hands), pepper, crushed garlic, corn starch and salt and mix everything well.
Method to make flour batter
- In a bowl, add the all purpose flour and water and mix them till you get a pouring consistency batter.
Method to make fried balls
- On your work surface, put some plain flour and bread crumbs.
- Roll the cheese balls in the plain flour, dip them in the plain flour batter and then roll them in the bread crumbs.
- Deep fry the well coated cheese corn balls until golden brown from all sides just before you serve them with ketchup or any dip of your choice.
